REQUIREMENTS :<\/p>\n
Applicant must be in a possession of a Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate. 1 year
\nExperience in Human Resource. A good knowledge of Public Service Prescripts
\nand a Sound Knowledge of PERSAL System. Introduction to PERSAL
\nCertificate. Must be Computer literate. A valid driver\u2019s license will be an added\u00a0Advantage.<\/p>\n

DUTIES :<\/p>\n
The incumbent will be expected to attend to queries in terms of leave, all kinds of
\nremuneration and allowances. Capture leave on PERSAL and PMDS reports.
\nRecord keeping in terms of appointment, Service terminations, State guarantees
\napplications etc. Auditing of staff establishment, leave as well as verifying of
\nQualifications. Controlling, verifying and mandating of documents to Gauteng
\nDepartment of Finance. Process Medical Aid applications. Updating of databases
\ne.g. PMDS, Staff Establishment, RWOPS etc. Administer Payroll and Payroll
\nCertificates.<\/p>\n
