PROVISIONING ADMINISTRATION CLERK 2 POSTS REF NO: 03904
\nDirectorate: Supply Chain Management
\nSALARY : R123 738 per annum (plus benefits)
\nCENTRE : West Rand Health District<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12\/or equivalent. Basic knowledge of the Public Sector procurement
\nprocesses, Provisioning Administration System, Supply Chain Management<\/p>\n
system, Asset Policy, Code of conduct, Batho Pele Principles. Basic
\nunderstanding of PFMA, Treasury Regulations and other related prescripts.
\nInnovative skills. Good computer literacy in Word, Excel. Ability to work under
\npressure and deliver according to tight deadlines. Time management. A Valid
\ncode 8 driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
DUTIES :<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures of the Department. Implement
\ninternal control measures to combat fraud and corruption Work closely with client
\noffices and other components within the Supply Chain Management units.
\nAttending of meetings. Compiling and typing of minutes Proper record keeping in
\norder to have control over items and services as per the Provisioning.
\nAdministration and Supply Chain System. Safekeeping of all relevant
\ndocumentation as per Treasury regulations for Audit purposes Opening and
\nmanaging all aspects of the VA10 Tally card as per Provisioning Administration
\nSystem. E.g. Analytical technique\/ A-G Analysis Provide guidance and in- service
\ntraining to Chief users in matters pertaining to stock control Relieve or rotate to
\nany activity within Supply Chain Unit when the need arises or when asked to do
\nso by the Supervisor Do bi-annual stock takings per financial year. Ensure
\neffective and efficient stock management services. Take full responsibility for
\nstock and assets under direct control. To keep record of all stock\/assets so that
\nquantities received, held and issued can be verified at any Stage in order to have
\ncontrol over items and services as per Provisioning Administration\/Supply Chain
\nSystem.<\/p>\n
