REQUIREMENTS : Matric certificate and Engineering Degree (B Eng\/BSc Eng).Valid driver\u2019s licence
\n(please attach copy).Compulsory registration with ECSA as a Candidate
\nEngineer (Proof of registration must be attached). Knowledge of Agricultural
\nengineering on planning, design, development and implementation. Project
\nmanagement, financial management, strategic management, operations
\nmanagement and construction and contract management. Computer proficiency
\nskills will be tested<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Prepare Agricultural Engineering Advisory reports. Provide designs with
\nspecifications for Agricultural Engineering solutions provided. Assist with final
\ncertificates issued for infrastructure constructed. Provide clients with engineering
\nadvise during official visits. Provide farm structures and mechanization services.
\nProvide irrigation services, provide project management for Resis programme.
\nProvide soil and water engineering. Assist with final certificates issued for
\ninfrastructure constructed. Attend to Departmental Administrative obligations and
\nofficial meetings. Ensure a sound Financial Management and Accountability.
\nEnsure an excellent Human Resources and Asset Management.<\/p>\n
