Description<\/strong> <\/p>\n Qualifications<\/strong> <\/p>\n Applicant must have : Primary Location South Africa-Cape Town-Rondebosch-Great Westerford, 240 Main Road, 7700 <\/p>\n
\n1. Clearing out and organising the HR drives.
\n2. Re-organising the hard copy staff files.
\n3. Doing all filing for the region \u2013 this includes staff documentation and HR filing such as work permit updates and training agreements.
\n4. Updating the Skills Development file with invoices and training registers.
\n5. Following up with training taking place to ensure registers are completed and files correctly.
\n6. Putting together new engagement files for new staff to use when on induction.
\n7. Booking rooms and equipment for induction and training.
\n8. Liaising with agencies regarding regretting candidates.
\n9. Generate all visa and travel related documentation for staff as requested (LOI\u2019s, assignment memos etc).
\n10. Capture new employees on SAP.
\n11. Request position codes from SAP when we have a confirmed new starter.
\n12. Set up exit interviews for leavers \u2013 book room and send meeting request to HRBP and employee.
\n13. Record new starters and leavers on the notice board.
\n14. System admin \u2013 eg. Record training dates into VIP.<\/p>\n
\nExperience in HR Administration particularly leave and record keeping advantageous
\nProven track record working with people
\nComputer Literacy: MS office suite and SAP (HR modules) essential
\nAbility to learn new Computer systems quickly
\nUnderstanding of SA Labour legislation
\nThree year tertiary qualification in a Human Resources field is essential<\/p>\n

\n\u00b7 Be systematic and thorough
\n\u00b7 Be able to see routine tasks through to completion
