We challenge your to join Philips as a Sales Academy Training Manager: Market-2-Order (M2O) and to actively develop Philips\u2019 sales capabilities by improving process execution (as detailled out by BPOs), skills and knowledge x-market
\nYou willld work with Sales Leaders, MT and HR to build required sales capabilities to meet specific market needs in line with global M2O and Sector imperatives. You willd develop and deliver blended learning tracks and provide day-to-day coaching to the sales groups in the market and be one of the key contributors to transform the organization into a learning organisation, embedding 70\/20\/10 philosophy.<\/p>\n

\nLeads \/ guides sales improvement projects in line with both local and global imperatives as well as business cadence
\nResponsible for onboarding of new sales hires
\nTrains basic and advanced global and local sales training programs (internally & externally)
\nOrganizes Skill certification and performs quality controls and audits
\nCoaches sales people where needed and deploys sales driven coaching program
\nWorks within a global team of peers (led by central academy team) to share best practices and adopt innovative ways to upgrade sales force
\nMonitors progress against predefined KPIs (responsible for Training ROI)
\nDeploys strategic initiatives such as CRM deployment, sales enablement tools, new ways of working.
\nJob knowledge, skills and experience
\nIdeal candidate is an experienced Sales Professional with on outstanding Sales background and strong affinity for coaching \/ teaching
\nMature leader with ability to manage and steer multiple stakeholders on various levels
\nUnderstanding of dynamics and requirements of B2B \/ B2G and B2C business models
\nProven track record in organizational transformation and change management
\nStrategically strong and eagerness to make an impact,
\nExperience in relevant market and excellent intercultural awareness
\nShowing persistence and strong drive for results , while able to apply flexibility in approach
\nStrong proof points in informal leadership<\/p>\n
