A. Leadership and responsibility of branch operations in line with Eaton\u2019s leadership model<\/p>\n
B. Manages Supply Chain, replenishment, Warehousing, Distribution and Workshop functions<\/p>\n
C. Ensures MRP and SIOP processes are timeously and well executed<\/p>\n
D. Maintains ERP system accuracy and maintenance target metrics<\/p>\n
E. Ensures Eaton policies and procedures are followed aligned with the Eaton Business System<\/p>\n
F. Develops and implements continuous improvement actions<\/p>\n
G. Achieves and sustains Eaton Lean Six Sigma targets<\/p>\n
H. Leverages and implements Eaton best practices<\/p>\n
I. Provides accurate and timely monthly analysis and reports<\/p>\n

P. Represents the Company in a professional and ethical manner, with integrity and trust and with personal presentation and behavior beyond reproach Grade 12 plus degree or diploma in Operations \/ materials management \/ Supply Chain \/ Distribution \/ Industrial Engineering<\/p>\n

3 years management experience in similar environment and preferably with a multi-national company<\/p>\n
Knowledge and working application of lean methodologies.<\/p>\n
Knowledge in ISO 9001 Quality management system an advantage<\/p>\n
