The Business Development Manager will prepare reports for senior management, assist in the recruitment and development of the GCE Sales &amp; Reservations\u00a0Team, and interact frequently with Guests and Corporate customers. Specifically, a Business Development Manager will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"color: #695d59;\">\n<li style=\"color: #333233;\">Evaluate hotel market mix and revenue forecasts<\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #333233;\">Review and analyse, in a proactive manner, rate &amp; inventory management and strategy effectiveness<\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #333233;\">Lead effective efforts to coordinate strategies for group sales and to optimise conversion<\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #333233;\">Provide guidance for local marketing initiatives<\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #333233;\">Communicate Revenue Management Standards and best practices<\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #333233;\">Develops short, medium and long-term strategies for hotels through the \uff93Commercial Focus\uff94 matrix and provide consultative support to other commercial support functions<\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #333233;\">Make recommendations to take full advantage of revenue opportunities<\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #333233;\">Train team members to understand key selling strategies and revenue management, including new tools, Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) tracking<\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #333233;\">Coach and develop the hotel-based Business Development team, through objectives setting, personal development and succession plans<\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #333233;\">Prepare, analyse and write reports to outline business progress and opportunities<\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #333233;\">Assist with the account diagnostics process and validate conclusions for negotiated business and on-line sales strategies<\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #333233;\">Evaluate market demand by utilising available reports &#8212; both internal and external, including market share, market conditions, competitive pricing<\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #333233;\">Generate periodic updates on transient booking patterns<\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #333233;\">Assist in the recruiting, managing, training and developing of the Business Development team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"color: #333233;\">\n<p><b>What are we looking for?<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #333233;\">A Business Development Manager serving Hilton Worldwide Brand hotels and vacations are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
