\nSALARY : R123 738 per annum
\nCENTRE : Pretoria<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS : A senior certificate (Grade 12) or NCV certificate with accounting as a passed
\nsubject. Communicate with Officials from National Treasury and other institutions
\nsuch as commercial banks. Preference will be given to persons with experience
\nin government finances. Proficiency in Ms Office package. Knowledge of the
\nPublic Finance Management Act (PFMA) will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Capture salary related transactions on PERSAL and BAS for both Departmental
\nofficials and examiners and moderators. Capture Local and Foreign travel and
\nsubsistence claims, Assist with the payments of salary claims, Assist with the
\ndistribution of salary pay sheets to all officials, Payments of leave and lump sum
\nsalary transactions, Assist with the monthly BAS\/PERSAL interface
\nreconciliations, Assist with the posting of item analysis, IRP5\u2019s and salary slips to
\nexaminers and moderators. Dealing with PERSAL enquiries, Filing of PERSAL
\nand salary related documents. Communications with (internal), Colleagues and
\nPERSAL users in the Department as well as all employees within the Department
\nto assist them with salary related enquiries. Ability to work under pressure, in a
\nteam and independently.<\/p>\n
