REQUIREMENTS : Senior Certificate. Zero to six months experience. Mathematics and Accounting
\nwill be an added advantage. Knowledge: Unemployment Insurance Act,
\nUnemployment Insurance Contributions Act , Public Service Regulation, Public
\nService Act , Batho Pele Principles, Departmental Policies and procedures,
\nCustomer care . Skills: Communication (verbal & written), Listening, Computer
\nliteracy, Customer Relations, Decision making.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Receive and assess all the UI Claims on the relevant systems in line with the
\nStandard Operating Procedure. Register all employers and verify the declaration
\nof employees as per the relevant prescripts. Execute the payment of approved
\nclaims as per the set time frames. Attend to enquiries relating to all the
\nprocessed claims or any other matter relating to the processing of claims.
