\nComputer literacy (MS Office)
\nSAP CRM experience (advantageous)<\/p>\n
\nResponsible for the completion of all documented basic call handling processes
\nAttempt to retain customers that indicate an intention to start using competitor brands; utilise escalation if necessary
\nAccountable for keeping customers up to date and owning resolution of issues within the limits of the systems and tools provided
\nAttend to customer\u2019s credit query regarding balance enquiries or statement requests or log the call and transfer to relevant credit (specialist) function<\/p>\n
\nWillingness to work during weekends.
\nPersuasiveness and selling ability.
\nStrong achievement orientation
\nPunctual and good time-keeping<\/p>\n
