Our Manager in Training role is hands on and varied, so you’ll get stuck in across a range of areas including:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Total leadership, management and development of store team members.
\n\u00b7 Monitor results and strive to achieve sales and meet performance measures.
\n\u00b7 Contribute to creating a collaborative, fun results driven team environment.
\n\u00b7 Apply exceptional visual merchandising standards and manage inventory.

You are:
\n\u00b7 You will have experience managing in high volume fashion retail.
\n\u00b7 Your impeccable customer service skills goes without saying.
\n\u00b7 Managed a team, rosters and wages.
\n\u00b7 Any relevant tertiary qualification advantage.
\n\u00b7 Highly flexible as might be moving store.<\/p>\n

You have:
\n\u00b7 Matric \/ Grade 12 or equivalent.
\n\u00b7 3+ years proven experience in a store management role within a retail environment.
\n\u00b7 Current, legal eligibility to work in South Africa<\/p>\n
