REQUIREMENTS : An appropriate 3 year degree or National Diploma with majors in
\nAuditing\/Internal Auditing and Accounting; Must be able to Audit Business
\nresearch and Risk Assessment; At least 3 years experience in Internal Auditing
\nof which one year should be as a team leader or potential to lead a team; Must
\nbe conversant with Auditing and Accounting standards; Successful candidates
\nwill be required to complete a security clearance; Must be studying toward a
\nrelevant professional qualification; A valid driver\u2019s license. Skills and

DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Provide input to the enhancement of audit
\nmethodologies and technologies; Conduct research for the Internal Audit unit
\nservices; Monitor and update the Internal Audit training and development plan;
\nEvaluate, monitor and report on progress on audit projects; Maintain a register
\nfor audit risk, projects, findings and monitor implementation and adherence to
\naudit recommendations; Coach, lead, train and develop new team members on
\nthe teammate software; Review performance and provide coaching and
\nguidance to staff; Maintain management information for the Internal Audit unit;
\nBuild relationships with clients, external auditors, other assurance providers
\nand keep them informed on an ongoing basis.<\/p>\n
