Alexander Forbes Financial Services is looking for a Call Centre Agent – Client Servicing Contact Centre to assume the role of a client servicing consultant within the call centre environment.<\/p>\n

Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n Formal Qualifications <\/p>\n \u2022 Required Experience<\/strong> <\/p>\n Job Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n Main Purpose<\/p>\n To increase number of clients, number of investment accounts and assets under management, in a range of products & portfolios catering for various investment needs, by providing excellent service, and doing so as efficiently as possible while managing risk.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Key Performance Areas<\/strong><\/p>\n Service Excellence<\/strong><\/p>\n Quality and accuracy of work delivered both verbally and written, meets both internal and external customer expectations and is complete without error.<\/p>\n People Component<\/strong><\/p>\n Individual’s knowledge is up to date on industry trends\/changes as well as AFFS products and service offerings.<\/p>\n Tasks assigned by Management that are not covered under operational effectiveness<\/p>\n Assists in times of absenteeism\/pressure to ensure work delivery<\/p>\n Discretionary<\/strong><\/p>\n Additional responsibilities & making a positive contribution to the team\/Branch by way of internal procedures & processes<\/p>\n Living the AF values & making positive contributions to the Team\/Branch<\/p>\n Understanding of processes and responsibilities. \n\u2022 1 – 2 years financial services experience
\n\u2022 Relevant contact centre experience and understanding of processes
\n\u2022 Above average aptitude for client servicing
\n\u2022 Above average aptitude in dealing with clients telephonically
\n\u2022 Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Access)
\n\u2022 Industry knowledge (preferably employee benefit experience)
\n\u2022 Working on CRM systems<\/p>\n
\nAgent needs to adhere to protocols in the CC environment pertaining to systems and process flows
\nAgent is required to maintain an 85% Average in terms of QA and monthly assessments<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Draws on TCF management information (and potentially contributes towards the input thereof) to monitor progress in TCF and address short-comings relevant to his\/her area with urgency.
\n\u2022 Keeps abreast of latest TCF information and guidelines as from time to time<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Ms Office
