AES specialises in the operation of steam and power generation plant and associated equipment and has a national presence with sites situated across RSA. AES is looking for a dynamic leader, who wants to lead from the front in KZN as he\/she serves our clients and grows the region<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The minimum requirements of any candidate to be considered for the role are the following &#8211;<br \/>\nAn engineering degree (B.Eng or B.Sc level)<br \/>\nAt least 5 years post qualification experience<br \/>\nAt least 2 years management experience<br \/>\nGCC (factories) will be advantageous<br \/>\nPr Eng advantageous<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The regional manager role reports directly into the operations director based in Cape Town. The current operations director was promoted from the role of KZN regional manager and is looking to appoint his successor. The team in KZN is established and continually growing and is requiring an individual who can lead from the front and continue to raise the bar in terms of service delivery excellence to our clients. The core business in KZN is the operations and maintenance of steam generation utlity with over 60 staff in the region reporting directly and indirectly to the regional manager and his\/her management team.
