DUTIES : The successful candidate will be responsible for, amongst others, the following
\nspecific tasks: \u2022 Receive asylum seekers and conduct Pre-Interviews \u2022 Open files
\nfor asylum seekers and capture bio-data requirements \u2022 Assist the applicants
\nwith filing BI 1590 forms \u2022 Receive applications for refugees travel documents
\nand identity document \u2022 Issue and extend Temporary Asylum Seeker Permits \u2022
\nSchedule asylum seekers\u2019 status determination hearings \u2022 Ensure that all
\nnecessary documentation or any evidence is submitted and verify the validity and
\nauthenticity of all original documents \u2022 Ensure that information received from
\nAsylum seekers are captured correctly.<\/p>\n
