environment<\/li>\n<li>Learn to work within SLA and defined time frames<\/li>\n<li>Learn to adopt a proactive approach to prevent problems from arising in the future Contribute towards initiating change to continually improve all aspects of service delivery<\/li>\n<li>Learn to deal with problem situations that arise timeously and efficiently, displaying effective time management and time allocation according to project deadline and incident severity.<\/li>\n<li>Develop Business writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Learn effective communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Learn effective Teamwork skills by doing and observing<\/li>\n<li>Learn how Effective building of relationships: external and internal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical and Soft Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Involvement in all technical changes and products &amp; services of MTN<\/li>\n<li>Gain experience in assisting clients and staff (on-site and off-site) with technical queries<\/li>\n<li>Learn and assist to translate and implement customer business requirements into a technical solution.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure continued personal (technical)
