REQUIREMENTS : Applicants must be in possession of a National diploma in Human Resources
\nManagement\/Development and relevant experience in the administration of
\nbursary schemes. Knowledge of filing systems and databases. Computer skills in
\nMS Office software. Accuracy, interpersonal relations, communication, problem
\nsolving, creative thinking, time management, typing, planning and organising
\nskills.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : The incumbent will be responsible for the administration of the internal Bursary
\nScheme for Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF). Perform
\ntakeovers of student loans of DAFF personnel. Process new bursary applications.
\nFile student information and liaise with the Directorate: Financial Services with
\nregards to payments and takeovers. Handle administration of existing bursary
\nholders, including resignations, transfers, termination of bursaries and recovery of
\ndebt. Update\/Maintain a database and file new student information. Supply
\nstatistics for weekly\/monthly and annual reporting. Compile monthly and quarterly
\nreports on bursary holders. Audit bursary files. Handle bursary related enquiries
\n(telephonic, email, personal visits, etc.).
