REQUIREMENTS : NQF level 6 qualification in office administration or equivalent qualification; 3
\nYears\u2019 experience in rendering a support service to senior management; Good
\ntelephone etiquette; Computer literacy; Ability to do research and analyze
\ndocuments and situations; Knowledge of the relevant
\nlegislation\/policies\/prescripts and procedures; Basic knowledge of financial
\nadministration; Language skills and the ability to communicate well with people at
\ndifferent levels and from different backgrounds; Sound organizational skills; Good
\npeople skills; Written communications skills; Ability to act with tact and discretion;
\nand Self-management and motivation.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
DUTIES : To provide an effective and efficient administrative support services to the Unit.
\nImplement financial administration to support the project manager and
\ncoordinators with financial administration; Render supply chain management
\nsupport services to the Manager; Render general support services to the
\nDirectorate; and Supervises and controls resources to ensure a satisfactory
\nworkflow and service delivery.<\/p>\n
