REQUIREMENTS : NQF level 6 qualification in office administration or equivalent qualification;3
\nYears\u2019 experience in rendering a support service to senior management.; Good
\ntelephone etiquette; Computer literacy; Ability to do research and analyse
\ndocuments and situations; Knowledge of the relevant
\nlegislation\/policies\/prescripts and procedures; Basic knowledge of financial
\nadministration; Language skills and the ability to communicate well with people at
\ndifferent levels and from different backgrounds; Sound organizational skills; Good
\npeople skills; Written communications skills; Ability to act with tact and discretion;
\nand Self-management and motivation.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : To render a secretarial support service to the Project Manager. Provides a
\nsecretarial\/receptionist support service to the Project Manager; Renders
\nadministrative support services; Provides support to the Project Manager
\nregarding meetings; Supports the Project Manager with the administration of the
\nProject Manager\u2019s budget; and Studies the relevant Public Service and
\ndepartmental prescripts\/policies and other documents and ensures that the
\napplication thereof is understood properly.<\/p>\n

\nand guide the provision of a national Career Development Service through a
\nmass multi-channel educational campaign by radio, newspapers, exhibitions,
