POSITION PURPOSE:<\/p>\n
To assist in day to day working & learn the skill sets of the lead Technical Service Specialists
\nTo assist and learn the process of investigations and technical enquiries on service related matters that are reported by telephone and electronic mail\/Source.
\nAccompany on supervised field visits representing Technical Service in areas of problem research\/resolution.
\nProvide support to the Technical Service Specialists & Technical Trainers on training courses.
\nRecording and collation of incoming data to product\/technical service groups of those problems which potentially could affect product quality and or warranty expense.
\nBuild knowledge of all AGCO product groups & systems<\/p>\n

FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:<\/p>\n
A technical knowledge of Agricultural machinery & systems. (learning will develop within the position to AGCO brand)
\nKnowledge of mechanised agriculture and land preparation techniques
\nGood interpersonal skills
\nHigh level PC expertise: Microsoft, Building skills with AGCO systems
\nRequires medium level of mechanical, hydraulic and electronic understanding.
\nShould be able to write clear and concise technical text.
\nAn understanding of the importance of customer care.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
High-level PC expertise. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint intermediate.
\nAbility to communicate clearly
\nTime management
\nTechnical knowledge gained through a recognized Agricultural engineering qualification.
\n2nd language (French) would be an advantage.
