In addition, demonstrating system security, regulatory compliance and good governance is now expected by customers, partners and shareholders alike. Loss of sensitive data stored on disks and memory sticks, sale of personal information by outsourced companies and daily incidents of identity theft and fraud all underline the fact that companies today need to analyse how to improve security through the implementation of cost effective security controls aligned with business risk.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #555555;\"><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #555555;\"><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">About You<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #555555;\">We are looking for someone with one or more of the following qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"color: #555555;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li>University degree, preferably with at least Honours (or engineering equivalent), with a bias towards sciences and engineering disciplines.<\/li>\n<li>BSc IT \/ Information Systems<\/li>\n<li>BSc Engineering \/ B.Eng<\/li>\n<li>Other related qualifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"color: #555555;\">\n<p style=\"color: #555555;\">This role requires the individual to fulfil the following:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"color: #555555;\">\n<li>Overall Project delivery<\/li>\n<li>Project delivery &#8211; all review notes are appropriately followed up and addressed<\/li>\n<li>Effectively utilise Deloitte technology<\/li>\n<li>Complies with Internal Risk Management for engagements<\/li>\n<li>Identifies opportunities to improve engagement profitability<\/li>\n<li>Obtain understanding of clients businesses<\/li>\n<li>Risk &amp; Quality Management<\/li>\n<li>100% compliance with the Firm&#8217;s independence procedures &amp; risk management rules<\/li>\n<li>Deadline management<\/li>\n<li>Delivering quality work on time<\/li>\n<li>Talent Management<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates ownership and accountability for own personal development<\/li>\n<li>Sustain Profitability<\/li>\n<li>Carefully monitors personal productivity -the normal target of an individual is to achieve an individual productivity value equal to 3 x TCOE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #555555;\">You need to have the following Behavioural Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"color: #555555;\">\n<li>Passionate about security<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and self managed<\/li>\n<li>Good judgement (identify and manage risks through appropriate escalation and consulting)<\/li>\n<li>Energetic<\/li>\n<li>Client centric<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>Research minded<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/careers.deloitte.com\/jobs\/eng-global\/details\/j\/ZA93545NK\/risk-advisory-%E2%80%93-security-privacy-and-resiliency-%E2%80%93-graduate-trainee-internship?\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Job Security issues\u00a0have a potentially significant impact on business and can result not just in financial losses, but damage to reputation and operational downtime.
