\nThe successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.
\nCENTRE : Master of the High Court: Kimberley and Pietermaritzburg<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS : An LLB degree or recognized four year legal qualification. Skills and
\nCompetencies: Legal research and drafting; Case flow management; Estate
\nduties; Trust; Dispute resolution; Communication skills (verbal and written);
\nProblem solving; Customer focus; Attention to detail; Computer literacy.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Administer deceased and insolvent estates,
\nCuratorships, Trusts and all aspects related to the administration thereof; Render
\nprofessional service to clients in line with the service level agreements; Identify
\nand report opportunities or problems that may impact on service level
\nagreements or effectiveness of operations to the Assistant Master; Provide
\neffective people management; Prepare all monthly management and court
\nreports in the prescribed formats<\/p>\n
