REQUIREMENTS : National Diploma \/ B degree in Risk Management \/ Internal Audit \/ Compliance
\nManagement \/ Public Management and Policing. Zero to one year working
\nexperience. Knowledge: Unemployment Insurance Act and Regulations,
\nUnemployment Insurance Contributions Act, Public Finance Management Act,
\nLabour Relations, Basic Conditions of Employment, Batho Pele principles,
\nPublic Service Regulations and Act, Risk Management, Project Management,
\nCriminal Procedure Act. Skills: Interviewing, Communication, Listening,
\nComputer literacy, Time Management ,Analytical Interpersonal, Report Writing ,
\nPlanning and organizing.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Implementation of risk analysis and monitoring thereof. Implement risk
\ncompliance. Implement risk management services to Labour Centres. Investigate
\nall fraud and corruption cases. Supervise sources in the section.<\/p>\n
