Candidates will receive an invitation to an introduction and screening session. Successful candidates from this session will be invited to a one week short-list phase whereupon those who qualify will be invited to attend a national training workshop. Candidates who qualify through this final assessment phase will be offered permanent employment within the Austell family. The Graduate Development Programme assists in meeting the long term human capital and leadership needs of the company through attracting, recruiting, developing and retaining ambitious and committed graduates. \nShould you be shortlisted, you will be invited by email to attend an assessment and practical round at a venue in your region viz Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town, Bloemfontein and Port Elizabeth.<\/p>\n
\nShortlisted candidates will be invited by email to attend a five day workshop which will entail an array of soft skills training and assessment criteria.<\/p>\n
\nSuccessful candidates from phase 4 will be invited by email to attend two weeks of technical training in Johannesburg, after which, there will be a final selection process.<\/p>\n
