\nEnsure that quality standards are met in terms of Compliance, FAIS
\nrequirements and advice in Sales.<\/p>\n
\nGrade 12
\nMinimum of 2 years relevant experience
\nMinimum of 120 NQF level 5 wealth management credits an advantage.<\/p>\n
\nCustomer\/Client:
\nInternal Collaboration Effective and consistent service delivery and support to all internal clients
\nInternal Process:
\nAdministration:
\nEnsure that all processes, product and procedures are documented and updated with relevant changes
\nAssisting in daily sales operational processes and procedures for agents and planners
\nRecruitment:
\nAssist with the recruitment process when required
\nTraining:
\nQA’s are up to date with all relevant products, legislation, processes and systems
\nIdentify training needs and escalate
\nEnsure all agents are trained and made aware of the QC process
\nProvide ad hoc training as and when required (systems, product changes and processes)
\nQuality Assurance:
\nIdentify and escalate coaching needs in terms of products soft skills and Compliance knowledge
\nEnsuring compliance and quality measures are carried out by agents and planners
\nEnsuring correct processes and procedures are adhere to in terms of quality assurance (MFP Advice)
\nRight information and documents according to specifications: FAIS documents, signatures, etc
\nListen to calls and ensure quality
\nReporting:
\nManage, analyse, compile and report on reports:
\nScorecard Sheets (Daily, weekly, monthly) \u2013 Escalated to
\nmanagement coaching
\nAgent Quality Activity File (Daily)
\nManage, analyse, compile and report on reports (Multiply):
\nAgent Quality Report (Daily, monthly, weekly)
\nQC train\/fail report (Daily, weekly, monthly)<\/p>\n
\nMomentum Products including Multiply an advantage
\nMomentum Systems an advantage
\nMicrosoft Office programs<\/p>\n
