\nA Message centre advisor in the Momentum STI Client Care Department answers all overflowing calls and load messages to different operational departments. This must be done with a strong client centric approach that aligns with our value of providing awesome service to our clients.<\/p>\n
\nMatric;
\nAnswering overflowing calls;
\nLoading messages;
\nPrevious call centre will be beneficial.<\/p>\n
