\nsolution orientated. Ability to effectively communicate to technical and non-technical

\npatients records. Retrieve\/disposal of patients files from Record Department. Ensure
\nthat patient\u2019 s statics in accurate and kept up to date. Attend to general enquiries. Be
\nprepared to work shifts, accept delegations within the facility. Sign a Performance
\ncontract on annual basis. Take part in the Gauteng Turnaround Strategy, PHC
\nReengineering and Establishment of the Sub-District. Sign a Performance contract
\non annual basis. Take part in the Gauteng Turnaround Strategy, PHC Reengineering
\nand Establishment of the Sub-districts.<\/p>\n
