REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor\u2019s Degree\/ equivalent qualification in Social Science, Economic Science and
\nPolitical Science studies, NQF level 6. Post graduate will be added advantage. Ten
\nyears\u2019 experience in the government sector of which five years must be relevant
\nmanagement experience at the level of a deputy Director. Valid Code EB Driver\u2019s
\nLicense. Skills Required: People Management and Leadership skills. Monitoring and
\nEvaluation skills. Coordination and Operations Management Skills. Financial and
\nProject Management skills. Report writing and presentation skills.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Key performance Areas: Design strategies and mechanics for service delivery that
\nare District specific Integrated Development Plans (IDPs). Ensure overall
\nmanagement of the District operations in terms of Administration, Corporate
\nGovernance and promotion of Development Social Welfare Services and Community
\nDevelopment Services. Manage administrative support services for enhancement of
\nservice delivery at District level. Promote and integrated approach and change
\nmanagement within the District, Areas and Service Offices. Monitor and Evaluate
\nand NGOs and NPOs which are directly funded by the department with the district.
\nDevelop and maintain active and vibrant networks with relevant stakeholders.
\nManage communication flow from the district to the Head Office.<\/p>\n
