<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Position Summary<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Please note that this position is only open for current Supply Chain personnel\u2019s consideration, and applications from other functions, will at this stage, not be considered.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The primary focus is to ensure timeous and accurate execution of approved orders for exports to customers and Sasol Regions globally. \n\u20223-6 years export experience
\n\u2022Knowledge of export processes and common practices (e.g. Container shipping, bulk shipping, customs and excise procedures, international payment methods, IMCO terms)
\n\u2022Working knowledge of LC\u2019s will be an advantage
\n\u2022SHERQ export supply chain knowledge will be an advantage
\nRequired Outputs: Functional (the core content and deliverables of the position):
\n\u2022Ability to coordinate the total sales order cycle for container and bulk exports to customers through liaison with Marketing, Customers, Sales Agents and service providers, ability to achieve 100& OTIFWAC on export documents
\n\u2022Executing exports in accordance with LC terms and conditions
\n\u2022Compiling and forwarding accurate clearing and forward documents
\n\u2022Filing of export documentation, ability to maintain an audit trail with regards to documents
\n\u2022Delivering of final documents to customers within set time limits.
\n\u2022Investigation of customer complaints and implementation of corrective actions<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Effective liaison with service providers as well as local and international customers and banking institutions for LC payments
\n\u2022Comprehension of letters of creditors<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
\n\u2022Matric essential
\n\u2022Certificate in Exports or related would be an advantage<\/p>\n
\n\u20222-4 Years container, isotank and bulk export experience <\/strong><\/p>\n
\n\u2022Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
\n\u2022Good organisational skills
\n\u2022Ability to work independently
\n\u2022Must be a team player
