\nMinimum educational qualification:<\/p>\n
\nKnowledge and experience in an electronic patient registration and billing system.
\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.
\nProficiency in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.
\nKnowledge of PFMA, Hospital Memorandum Chapter No. 18 and treasury directives.
\nHigh level of excellence and accurate in work.<\/p>\n
\nRegister of all patients according to prescripts on the Delta 9\/Clinicom Systems.
\nArchive and dispose all patient records according to prescripts.
\nMaintain a good and accurate filing system of all patient records.
\nRender a support service to the Case Manager and Billing Clerk.
\nCapture and keep record of all patient data and clinical notes for statistical purposes on Delta 9\/Clinicom.
\nProvide effective support to supervisor and colleagues and effective utilisation of resources.
\nNote: Short-listed candidates will be subjected to a competency test.<\/p>\n
