\n\uf0b7 The candidate will be required to provide secretarial and administrative duties to the Chief Financial Officer.
\n\uf0b7 Organise and co-ordinate departmental meetings, workshops and conferences.
\n\uf0b7 Take minutes at meetings and be able to write comprehensive reports.
\n\uf0b7 Provide administrative support to the Finance Division on operational activities.
\n\uf0b7 Control documentation to ensure easy access, traceability and comprehensive record keeping.
\n\uf0b7 Managing dairy and travel arrangements
\n\uf0b7 Ability to multitask and solve problems.
\n\uf0b7 Assist in administrative matters to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the Division.
\n\uf0b7 Assist the CFO in other matters, as and when required.
\n\uf0b7 Good financial acumen, and thorough understanding of budgeting process including but not limited to Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and a thorough understanding of a budgeting process.
\n\uf0b7 Assist with the implementation of requirements and maintenance of the SAWS Total Management System<\/p>\n
\nThe ideal candidate must have an appropriate three-year tertiary qualification or recognized
\nsecretarial course with 3 year relevant experience in a dynamic office environment. Good
\ncommunication skills both written and verbal. Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
\nProject management and negotiation skills. She\/he must have interpersonal skills, strong
\nadministrative capabilities, and computer literacy (MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word).
\nWillingness to work outside normal working hours, should circumstances require so.<\/p>\n
