Role synopsis <\/strong><\/p>\n Downstream Challenge is BP\u2019s early career development programme, and the aim of the programme is to build fully competent independent professionals within a discipline to support business delivery across the Southern Africa business. It is a competency based programme which provides graduates with practical experience and formal learning while building discipline foundations. In South Africa and Mozambique, the programme typically runs over 24 months and consists of rotations depending on the business requirements.
