Note: Any questions you may have about this position will only be answered during interview, should you be invited.<\/p>\n Main purpose of job (max 200 words): \u2022Business Partner with senior management and relevant stakeholders across the region and London, to identify learning and development interventions required to achieve business performance goals and successful implementation of organisational change initiatives by: <\/p>\n \u2022Design and deliver appropriate formal training and\/or L&D Interventions that meet the specified needs of the organisation<\/p>\n \u2022Overall accountability on local\/regional\/global projects to ensure quality and timely delivery, on-track budget spend, and accurate monthly financial reporting<\/p>\n \u2022Active participation in knowledge and best practice sharing across the Regional L&D network<\/p>\n \u2022Line management of junior staff as necessary for L&D operations Resources managed – staff (by Band, including LE staff) and expenditure: <\/p>\n 1.Key competences required for the job: <\/p>\n 2.Specific specialised knowledge, qualifications or experience required for this job. \n\u2022The role requires substantial regional travel in Africa and occasional travel outside the region.
\n\u2022Take part in the Embassy emergency planning and any response to a crisis affecting UK citizens.
