REQUIREMENTS : A grade 12 certificates plus extensive relevant experience in office
\nadministration. A relevant post Matric qualification in secretarial studies \/office
\nmanagement will be an added advantage. Experience office management,
\ndocument management and filing. Knowledge of procurement policy and
\nprocesses. Good interpersonal and organizational skills. Good communication
\nskills (written and verbal).Computer literacy (packages such as MS Excel, Powerpoint,
\nWord, Access, Outlook, Group Wise Internet etc.). Persal knowledge will
\nbe added advantage. Good research and analytical skills. Ability to work in a
\nteam and independently. Good organizational skills. Willingness to work after
\nhours when needed will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Overall management of the office administration functions (e.g. Documents
\nmanagement filing) Assist with the procurement of goods and services. Handling
\nbasic enquiries and assisting clients. Make logistical arrangements for the
\nmeetings, seminars and workshops. Assisting the office with personal tasks
\nwithin agreed framework. Assist with the compilation of office budget.<\/p>\n
