To daily manage accounts and maintain client relationships. We are looking for a driven and ambitious candidate willing to learn and grow with the company. Candidate must be willing to work overtime to meet business needs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n<p>Matric Certificate<br \/>\n5 years relevant Telesales or Customer Relations experience<br \/>\nTelesales Diploma preferred<br \/>\nMicrosoft Office<br \/>\nSAP Business 1 preferred<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Personal \/ Core Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Excellent customer and telephone etiquette<br \/>\nGood organization and admin skills<br \/>\nGood problem solving skills<br \/>\nGood reporting skills<br \/>\nArticulate and personable<br \/>\nStrong and flexible personality<br \/>\nHigh level of personal motivation<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Purpose of the role:<br \/>\nTo manage structured outbound call campaigns to existing customers per agreed customer classification in order to generate sales for FFZA. To receive orders telephonically and via e-mail from all customers (National and Export) and sales reps, and to capture these orders. To identify possible leads and forward this to the appropriate sales rep to follow up. Attend company meetings to exchange product information and co-ordinate work activities with other departments. To resolve customer complaints regarding services and products. To prepare sales reports for management and analyze sales detail to contribute to company growth.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Develop structured outbound call campaigns for targeted customers to stimulate sales to these customers, as well as follow up and courtesy calls to telesales customers.<br \/>\nKeep a record of orders received by phone, and other sources.<br \/>\nCheck that orders received are correct before they are punched.<br \/>\nAsk customers to confirm that the order given on the phone is correct.<br \/>\nContact customers if errors on faxes are received.<br \/>\nEnsure that orders from Government departments are real, (avoid fraud).<br \/>\nA log must be kept for Customers (CHAIN STORES) who e-mail and possibly fax orders.<br \/>\nRecord the order number received and check back to ensure that the number has not been duplicated.<br \/>\nTo process the order on time ensuring the correct product, price, right quantity and account.<br \/>\nIf there is a stock shortage, notify the customer and ask if the product must be on back order.<br \/>\nClear back orders when stock is received, check with customer first to avoid returns.<br \/>\nMaintain correct Selling Prices in SAP with the support of the Director of Operations and Finance.<br \/>\nTo answer customer queries about delivery and price and availability.<br \/>\nTo calculate mark-up, margin and to compile comparing Excel spreadsheets.<br \/>\nBack up support for the Technical department.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pnet.co.za\/index.php?s=advert_view&amp;g=6809&amp;x=2849995&amp;i=16&amp;sw=1&amp;pop=1\">Click here to apply \u00a0online<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Introduction Fujifilm is looking for an experienced Telesales Client Liaison Officer to market and sell company products and services, as well as generating as much revenue as possible.
