\nDemonstrable and successful track record in the design of IT Managed Infrastructure Services;
\nBroad knowledge of IT industry and Infrastructure Services ;
\n3+ years’ experience in the design of Managed Infrastructure Services;
\nExperience in Delivery\/Implementation in an IT SERVICES environment will be advantageous;
\nDemonstrable knowledge of Service design considerations and associated processes and methodologies;
\nAppropriate accreditation \/ certification (e.g. ITIL).<\/p>\n

\nSupport sales staff, including preparation of all technical information needed for selling Managed Infrastructure Services;
\nWorks closely with the respective delivery teams to formulate service strategy and pursue continual optimization of the Fujitsu Managed Infrastructure Services proposition.
\nExtracts and analyses customer requirements to ensure the service meets the customer need at the correct cost point;
\nIs accountable and responsible for the solution and Fujitsu’s ability to implement and deliver the service as designed;
\nIs responsible for the development and optimization of all costs for the service;
\nIs responsible for technical input for proof of concept and business approval meetings and makes a recognised technical contribution;
\nIdentifies, assesses and minimizes risk associated with the service;
\nMaximises the use of Fujitsu standard portfolio;
\nShares knowledge and makes a useful contribution to the knowledge base;
\nWorks with the designated bid teams to deliver winning solutions for qualified opportunities;
\nStays abreast of industry trends and the Fujitsu product portfolio;
\nConfigure and size IT Managed Services \/ coordinate achievement of solution design;
\nDeliver customer \/ partner presentations, training and workshops;
\nIs seen as an expert and thought leader in the area of Managed Infrastructure Services both internal and external to Fujitsu;
\nEstablishes an internal\/external business network with customer middle management and technical staff to understand current and future needs and identify new business opportunities.<\/p>\n
\nIn conjunction with the respective delivery teams formulates a successful Managed Infrastructure Services strategy;
\nIn conjunction with the respective delivery teams demonstrates ongoing optimization of the Fujitsu Managed Infrastructure Services proposition;
\nConsistently produces designs, which require minimal rework, following review;
\nProvides evidence that demonstrates the ability to design a service at the appropriate optimised cost point;
\nUses company prescribed processes and methodologies for development of Service solutions and their approvals;
\nDemonstrates the maximisation of Fujitsu standard portfolio and delivery capability in their designs;
\nRegular contribution to, and user of, company knowledge repositories and events.<\/p>\n
