\n-Devising administrative systems that operate within the channel unit that meet with M-Net\u2019s SOP\u2019s, policies and procedures
\n-Detailing all M-Net SOP\u2019s, policies and procedures (contractual and barters) and ensuring the channel are aware of these procedures.
\n-Schedule meetings and monitor Calendar for kykNET\u2019s Head of Production.<\/p>\n
\n-Ensuring all bartered airtime is approved by M-Net legal, DSTV Media Sales and channel
\n-Ensuring barters are issued, signed and copies made for DSTV Media Sales and M-Net finance and originals are kept with M-Net legal, the barter client and channel.
\n-Trafficking the internal signature process
\n-Ensuring all invoices required for barter agreements are generated by client and M-Net finance.
\n-Track pending and outstanding signed barters required by M-Net Legal.
\n-Monitor and submit all monthly barter reconciliations to M-Net Finance Production Accountant.
\n-Ensuring all final barter reconciliations are signed off by the Channel Director and Commissioning Editor.<\/p>\n
