This Internship\u2019s core focus will be Customer Care (attending to and managing correspondence pools)<\/p>\n
Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n Degree \/ Diploma in Communication<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n Managing the InsureClaims inbox and InsureComplaints inbox<\/p>\n Emailing and liaising with persons within the business, clients and brokers to finalize and resolve queries and \/ or complaints<\/p>\n Perform any other related functions requested by Management<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n Ability to plan, organize and control own work effort<\/p>\n Able to operate in a pressurized environment<\/p>\n Communication \u2013 communicates clearly and professionally<\/p>\n Interpersonal skills \u2013 relates well to diverse people<\/p>\n Detail orientation \u2013 accurately captures or communicates information<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
