The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible to oversee marketing campaigns and to drive business efficiency through the analysis of campaigns and the management of adspend.<\/p>\n

Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n Experience & Skills<\/p>\n A numerate degree e.g. BCom, B Bus Sci, B Eng,BSc Excellent interpersonal communication,assertiveness and judgment skills <\/p>\n Job Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n Key Performance Areas<\/p>\n Campaign management<\/p>\n Achieve the intake – and net sales value (NSV) target for responsible campaign(s) for both the existing and new customers Achieve campaign efficiency through the effective manage of adspend unit cost for responsible campaign(s) in line with the strategic objectives Ensure business plan projections are credible from an operational perspective Analyse trends relating to key variables within campaigns and put forward proposals for improvements
\nAdvanced computer literacy skills with a high proficiency in MS Excel
\nThe ability to integrate and interpret numerical and statistical information

\nDevelop and implement test strategies in line with the marketing plan
\nEnsure the continuous alignment of the credit strategy with the business strategy for the responsible campaign(s)
\nEnsure marketing material are executed according to the campaign strategy
\nEnsure the successful implementation of campaign(s) by following the correct processes and procedures
\nAdspend budget management<\/p>\n
\nBusiness plan management<\/p>\n
\nEnsure that the key forecasting variables are credible in the business plan and are assessed timeously
\nDelivering a business plan with completed actuals in accordance with pre-defined business plan requirements and timelines
\nEnsure curve trends are monitored with changes identified timeously for re-forecasting and adjust accordingly
\nIdentify, investigate and explain revenue andspend variances
\nAssist in the delivering of the next financial year?s business plan to support the financial targets and objectives
\nStrategic analysis and reporting<\/p>\n
\nCompile data and analysis for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on key variables and test results for responsible campaign(s)<\/p>\n
