The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible to telephonically market the Company?s wide range of products to existing customers with a view to retain and generate business revenue targets and profitability, whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n

Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n Qualifications & Accreditations Experience & Skills<\/p>\n 6 Months sales experience in a target driven environment Attributes & Behaviours<\/p>\n Energetic & positive attitude <\/p>\n Job Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n Key Performance Areas<\/p>\n Sales performance Reach performance targets relating to productivity, adherence, turnaround time and quality <\/p>\n
\nGrade 12 \/ Matric or equivalent
\nIf no matric, then at least 4 years of sales experience in a Contact Centre<\/p>\n
\nComputer literate<\/p>\n
\nA strong customer focus
\nGreat communication and listening skills
\nExcellent sales ability
\nTeam player, but able to work independently
\nExcellent telephonic manner<\/p>\n
\nEnsure agreed KPA?s and sales targets are achieved in line with business requirements
\nAssist in increasing sales revenue within the Telemarketing department
\nEfficiency and productivity<\/p>\n
\nBe available to make calls by avoiding unnecessary time spent in after call activities or breaks in order to provide agreed service levels
\nAdminister policies in an organised and efficient manner ensuring that outstanding tasks are up to date and departmental service standards are adhered to at all times
\nConstantly and proactively look for ways to improve efficiencies through performance, communications, procedures and systems
\nCustomer service
\nEnsure a polite, friendly, efficient and professional service is offered by acting as an ambassador for HomeChoice
\nTake responsibility for each individual call by ensuring that advise is always given in the customer?s best interests
\nHandle objections appropriately to ensure that positive results are achieved whilst enhancing customer delight
\nContinuously work towards improving the customer experience and service delivery
\nQuality standards
\nFocus on ?getting it right first time? in order to ensure that correct and precise information is relayed to customers
\nCapture all details of customer, call log and sales transactions accurately onto the system
\nAdhere to internal systems, policies, procedures and requirements<\/p>\n
