\nSALARY : R183 495 \u2013 R417 918 per annum. (Salary will be in accordance with the OSD
\ndetermination in terms of experience). The successful candidate will be required

REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification; Appropriate
\nexperience in Social Work after registration as Social Worker with the SACSSP;
\nRegistration with SA Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP);
\nKnowledge and experience in Mediation; Experience in Forensic Social Work or
\nCourt Work will be an added advantage; Knowledge and application of Family
\nLaw, including Mediation in certain Divorce Matters Act, Maintenance Act and
\nDomestic Violence Act; A valid driver\u2019s license. Skills and Competencies:
\nComputer literacy (MS Word); Communication (written and verbal) skills;
\nMediation, Interviewing, conflict resolution, evaluation and report writing skills;
\nDiversity and conflict management; Attention to detail.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Conduct inquiries to ascertain the best interest of the
\nminor children involved by means of mediation and \/or evaluation as per relevant
\nlegislation, Evaluate information and compile forensic court reports; Act as expert
\nwitness for the Family Advocate in Court; Ensure proper case flow
\nadministration.<\/p>\n
