REQUIREMENTS : A relevant degree\/ diploma in Financial Management\/ Accounting or equivalent
\nqualification with a minimum of three years\u2019 experience in a supply chain
\nmanagement environment. Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act
\n(PFMA), legislative framework for supply chain management, Public Service
\nRegulations and government policies. Computer literate.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Monitor supply chain management elements namely demand, acquisition,
\nlogistics, disposal and supply chain performance within the Free State Provincial
\nGovernment Departments and schedule 3A and 3C public entities. Coordinate
\nsupply chain management training for all provincial departments and schedule
\n3A and 3C public entities. Coordinate supply chain management forum meetings
\nfor all provincial departments and schedule 3A and 3C public entities. Supervise
\npersonnel and manage allocated office equipment\/assets.
