\nREQUIREMENTS : An appropriate, recognized Tertiary qualification (or equivalent) qualification

DUTIES : Acknowledge receipt of draft document in a register. Ensure correct and
\ntimeously execution of typing requests. Ensure strict application of departmental
\ntyping prescripts. Type and proof read documents, rectify mistakes and ensure
\noffice neatness. Ensure equal workload between typist. Ensure effective
\nutilization of equipment. Up keeping stock levels of stationery.
