REQUIREMENTS : A minimum appropriate three [3] year tertiary qualification, majoring in Library
\nand Information Science, coupled with a minimum of two [2] years library
\nexperience, Sound knowledge of Public Library administrative procedures and
\nservices, Good office administration, planning and organizational skills, Good
\ncommunication skills (written and verbal), Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel,
\nPowerPoint, etc), Valid code 8\/EB driver\u2019s license.
\nDUTIES : Control circulation of library material, Provide user education training to the
\npublic, Deal with reference queries and provide assistance to the public, Perform
\nlibrary administration duties, Select material to build library collections, Maintain
\nstock and library environment, Promote services within the community Monitor
\nand evaluate usage of the library, Supervise and manage employee\u2019s<\/p>\n
