The Skills Development Interns will work closely with the Group Skills Development Facilitator and Divisional Learning Department to provide full administration support in the area of skills development.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n A matric qualification; <\/p>\n Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n Administer and capture all training related activities for the divisions using the PeopleSoft LMS; <\/p>\n Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n Ability to work on Microsoft Office Suite <\/p>\n
\nA completed HRD related qualification;
\nPrevious experience in Admin related function would be advantageous;<\/p>\n
\nCollate information for the Workplace Skills Plan;
\nCompile information for the Annual Training Report;
\nTrack and monitor divisional training activities;
\nEnsure proper filing and record keeping of training data;<\/p>\n
\nClient Centricity;
\nBusiness Acumen;
\nSelf-Awareness and insight;
\nImpact and Influence;<\/p>\n
