REQUIREMENTS : Snr Certificate (or equivalent qualifications) Advanced typing skills, any typing
\nqualification or training will be advantageous. Events organisation and management
\nskills and proven experience. Knowledge of government budgeting processes.
\nComputer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excell, MS Project and Ms PowerPoint) and Well
\ndeveloped communication, inter-personal and report writing skills.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Answering the telephone, making telephone calls, organising the office and general
\nadministrative duties. Receiving visitors and clients. Keeping the Director\u2019s diary.
\nMaking arrangements for journeys and accommodation; Managing correspondence;
\nEstablishing and maintaining a filling system. Ensure that documents adhere to set
\nnorms and standards; Managing the financial and administration procedures of the
\noffice. Reporting on deviations from the budget, co-control and cost analysis.
\nEnsuring that all income and expenditure are timeously and correctly declared.
\nEnsure that all information needed for internal control is obtained; and. The
\nimplementation of proper office management, control as well as other administrative
\nsystems.
