REQUIREMENTS : A recognized three-year diploma\/ degree or an equivalent qualification. Two to three
\nyears relevant experience in records management. Knowledge: DoL and
\nCompensation Fund objectives and business functions, Directorate or sub-directorate
\ngoals and performance requirements, Compensation Fund Services, Compensation
\nFund Value Chain and business processes, Relevant Fund policies, procedures and
\nprocesses, Stakeholders and customers, Customer Service (Batho Pele Principles),
\nFund Values, Computer literacy, Risk Awareness, COIDA Act, Regulations and
\nPolicies. Skills: Required Technical Proficiency, Business Writing, Required IT, Fund
\nIT Operating Systems, Data Capturing, Data and records management, Telephone
\nand Etiquette.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Assist in the Implementation of Records Management strategies and policies.
\nSupervise the flow of incoming and outgoing Mail. Supervise the provision of library
\nservices in the Fund. Assist In the management of human, financial and physical
\nresources.
