REQUIREMENTS : Three years relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent. Two years functional
\nexperience. Knowledge: All Labour Legislations and Regulations , Private
\nEmployment Agency regulations and related ILO conventions , Batho Pele
\nPrinciples , Public Service Act , Public Services Regulations , Knowledge of the
\nDepartmental Policies, Procedures and Guidelines. Skills: Problem solving ,
\nComputer Literacy , Basic interpersonal , Listening , Communication, Ability to
\ninterpret legislation , Telephone etiquette, Mediation.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Manage the help desk support at the first port of the entry within Registration
\nServices. Render Employment Services to all the clients who visit the Labour
\nCentre. Resolve all complaints on all Labour Legislations received from Clients.
\nReceive all Unemployment Insurance Benefits Applications and Employer
\ndeclarations. Receive application forms in terms of Compensation for Injuries and
\nDiseases Act (COIDA) and Employer registration forms for COIDA.<\/p>\n
