Purpose of the job<\/strong> <\/p>\n Minimum Educational Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n Trade tested Millwright with N6<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Professional Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7 Minimum 3-5 years work experience as Millwright in FMCG or beverage manufacturing environment is essential.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Responsible for daily maintenance of equipment including Electro-mechanical and Electrical Maintenance, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Valves, Motors, VSD\u2019s, PLC\u2019s and high speed equipment.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Job Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n Key Result Areas<\/p>\n These are some of the KRAs:<\/p>\n \u00b7 Inspect plant and equipment to ensure superior availability, operability and set up.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Operate plant as per SOP requirements<\/p>\n \u00b7 Execute preventative maintenance programme for the plant and equipment.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Clean plant during and after maintenance and plant overhaul.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Maintain the workshop and associated equipment in a professional manner.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Maintain utilities equipment and processes in safe working conditions.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Comply with safety regulations when performing all functions<\/p>\n \u00b7 Coach operational personnel on maintenance and engineering aspects of assigned area of responsibility.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Perform depth problem solving and trend analysis on the performance of equipment, identify corrective action and execute.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
\nResponsible for the efficient and effective operation of ALL Utilities Plants (WWTP, WTP, SHW, Emergency power plant, Compressed air plant, CO2 recovery plant, Refrigeration plant) in order to ensure continuous availability of all utilities to the production operations at large.<\/p>\n
