Large Projects.<\/p>\n<p>* Analyses and comments on tenders, contracts and contract related documents and gives proactive advice.<br \/>\n* Supports LoA process and checks compliance with other internal guidelines and \/ or processes.<br \/>\n* Participates in contract negotiations and in formulation\/implementation of negotiation strategy.<br \/>\n* Ensures Project Execution in accordance with Contract specifications.<br \/>\n* Ensure adherence contract compliance and external regulations.<br \/>\n* Develops, implements and regularly reviews the claim strategy with regards to customers, sub-suppliers and partners together with project management.<br \/>\n* Captures internal data and prepares claims to customers and sub-suppliers.<br \/>\n* Contributes to standardization of contracts and improvement processes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>What do I need to qualify for the position?<\/p>\n<p>Qualification: Minimum tertiary qualification<\/p>\n<p>Experience: 3 -5 years contract management experience (contract law)<\/p>\n<p>Communication: Verbal &amp; written Communication Skills<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Information:<\/strong><br \/>\nIn line with Siemens commitment to employment equity, preference will be given to candidates from designated groups.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How do I apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking forward to receiving your online application.
